Prices, according to the room size and the season: from 75 up to 110 euros plus breakfast. Somewhat above my usual budget, but really worth it. "Un día es un día"... ("One day is one day").
El Vedat de Torrent is located above Torrent, about 12 km. - 7 miles west from the city centre of Valencia. A-7 motor way exit nb. 517B. Then, I found it a little difficult to locate the place, but everybody around there knows the hotel LIDO, and they will all tell you that it is straight on ("recto")... although the road toward the hotel is mainly made of curves...
Since its location is somehow higher than the town, you will be spared the characteristic wet and warm Valencia atmosphere. A really restful overnight stop during your journey, or a pleasant place to stay.
